When will I receive my order?
Once the order is processed, it will be delivered by a certified shipping carrier to your home or other desired location specified.
What if there is a problem with my order?

Can I return a product if I decide I do not need it?

Do I need a prescription to order a nutritional formula?

Can I get my formula covered by my insurance?
Insurance companies are not required to cover medical foods. You physician may be able to develop a medical letter stating the need for a specialized formula and it might help in getting your insurance company to reimburse for the product.
